1.      Why are  you doing this?

VVCSB is looking to provide a one-stop resource centre for investors and home buyers

 

2.      How does it benefit me as a bank?

It will educate the public with regard to your available loan packages, hence will gain customer base.

 

3.      Please show me some indemnity documents so that in the event you misrepresent us, we will not be liable?

VVCSB will not be providing expert advice. As such, banks will not be quoted or misrepresented in any form or manner. We are only concerned with educating the public with regard to property investment and the information that is available in the market.

 

4.      Why should I advertise my packages with you?

This investment tool will act as an advertising engine for all parties who advertise with VVCSB. The public who subscribe to the tool will be able to gain knowledge with regard to the available latest bank loan packages.

 

5.      Do you have enough traffic in your website?

VVCSB is launching the website in November 2006. This is the first in the Malaysian market, hence providing to the company a 100% market share.

 

6.      Who are the types of users that will come to your website?

All parties interested in purchasing property(s). Our current target market is Lawyers, first time home buyers, investors, property negotiators, insurance brokers, financial planners, educational institutions, banks and financial institutions.

 

7.      What expertise or experience do you have in this field that the public would use the services on your site?

VVCSB is not experts in property investment but are experts in disseminating information to the public hence equipping the public with the adequate knowledge in order to make an informed buy.

 

8.      What are you getting out of producing reports on projects for the public?

This is so that the public is able to gain for itself when investing or buying property in a particular location as all properties have its pros and cons. Similarly, different buyers would have different requirements. These reports merely act as reading material? and not expert advice.

 

9.      What do you hope to achieve by providing these services?

VVCSB is aiming to be able to provide a good investment engine or tool to minimize the risk involved when investing.

 

10.  How will I gain from this as a negotiator?

Subscribers subscribing to the investment tool will have access to your profile hence generating higher market share for property negotiators.

 

11.  Any compensation for negotiators? Like a fee or commission?

When interested in a particular property location, subscribers will have access to negotiators who post their profiles online. All commissions from the sales go to the negotiator involved in its entirety.

 

12.  What if negotiators give you the info, and you use it to sell the property. You are basically cutting into my share?.therefore I need you to put my name and reference in the things that you publish

There is a section for property negotiators to post their profiles and listing.

 

13.  If agents misquote you on a data or value, will they be held responsible?

All information obtained will be published as mere opinions and not expert advise hence there will be no misrepresentations in any form or manner.

 

14.  What happens to the pictures of the unit which you are using once the unit is sold?

VVCSB will be publishing pictures or mix units i.e. all types of units that are available in a particular condominium project. The company is not looking to publish pictures of available units. If a negotiator is interested in doing so, available units will be published under each negotiator's profile and be removed upon concluding the sale.  

 

15.  Why would people use this service when they would rather view the unit physically to get a feel of the place? Investors may prefer your service as they are investing but what about home buyers?

The information provided will be used as reference and supplement item. Buyers can obtain information regarding a project before making a trip to the location hence reducing the time and cost of purchase. 

 

16.  Sellers may opt to display their unit pictures here considering it has a detailed report on the entire condo (owners may then prefer to sell it on their own), this in turn will affect the amount of listings we get as potential buyers can get most if not all info on the condo from your site.

All listing will have to be listed under a property negotiator's profile hence compelling a seller to engage a negotiator when interested in publishing the property online.  


17.  How does it benefit home owners/vendors?

It will educate the public with regard to your property hence will gain public confidence when investing or buying.

 

18.  Who are the types of users that will come to your website?

All parties interested in purchasing property(s). Our current target market is Lawyers, first time home buyers, investors, property negotiators, insurance brokers, financial planners, educational institutions, banks and financial institutions.
