The following applies to all Empire K products:

Kaizen Kruncher & Kaizen Express Monthly Subscriptions ?Viz-Vector Consulting Sdn Bhd provides a 7-day money back guarantee to all its subscribers. Within this period, a subscriber, can at anytime request a refund. Please note that a processing fee amounting to RM7 will be charged for each refunded subscription.
No refunds are available upon expiration of the free trial period (7 calendar days). In addition, subscribers may not suspend the Kaizen Kruncher & Kaizen Classifieds subscription and restart at a later date.
Special limited time offers have terms and conditions which differ from those set forth here. In those circumstances, the refund policy stated in the special limited time offer shall apply.
