Data Research Analyst (Permanent)
- Obtain all sorts of information with regard to specific
property(s) available for listing. This would include obtaining floor layout plans
(for all available units), photographs of amenities, various costs/charges involved
in maintaining the property (assessment, quit rent, maintenance fee), occupancy
rate, rental, sale price and etc
- Salary RM1,500 - RM1,800
- Must possess own transport
- Experience not necessary
- Willing to travel (within the Klang Valley)
- Able to work under pressure
- Training & Data research guide provided
Data Research Analyst (Project Basis)
- Property negotiators are encouraged to apply
- Salary - on a project basis.
